⦁ Processing time is 7–14 business days after payment. A working phone number is required for scheduling delivery.
Return & Refund Policy:
⦁ wellness2U Vending distribution stands by the quality of our tested vending machines.
⦁ All machines above $1000 and not stated as is will include a 30-day parts-only warranty covering essential operational components such as coin and bill acceptors, motors, and control boards.
⦁ Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
⦁ If a machine is damaged in transit, the issue must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported within 24 hours. We will help with insurance claims
⦁ Cosmetic issues (scratches, paint wear, bulbs) are not grounds for return.
⦁ For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for two-way shipping and palletization costs. Refunds are issued after inspection and confirmation that the machine is returned in the same condition it left our warehouse.
⦁ No refunds are issued for shipping costs, pallet fees, or third-party charges once incurred.
