⦁ Local delivery is available for $125 within 20 miles of our location in Inland Empire, CA.
Beyond that, the delivery fee increases by $25 for every additional 10 miles.

⦁ Additional fees may apply based on ZIP code, location type (residential, storage, government), or delivery needs like liftgate service, Inside building delivery (white glove).
⦁ We professionally wrap, strap, and prepare every unit for secure transit. Machines are shipped on standard 48x40" pallets, typically 79–82" tall with the machine. Please ensure your location can accommodate freight delivery.
⦁ Processing time is 7–14 business days after payment. A working phone number is required for scheduling delivery.

⦁ All machines above $1000 and not stated as is will include a 30-day parts-only warranty covering essential operational components such as coin and bill acceptors, motors, and control boards.
⦁ Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
⦁ If a machine is damaged in transit, the issue must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported within 24 hours. We will help with insurance claims
⦁ Cosmetic issues (scratches, paint wear, bulbs) are not grounds for return.
⦁ For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for two-way shipping and palletization costs. Refunds are issued after inspection and confirmation that the machine is returned in the same condition it left our warehouse.
⦁ No refunds are issued for shipping costs, pallet fees, or third-party charges once incurred.
